Description
Heat treated sleevings are coated with Silicone Varnish. A superior class 'H' insulating designed for Class 180 °C insulating systems, Silicone coated sleeving will conform to bends required in complex wiring systems without cracking or creasing even when held in such positions permanently. Reinforced with braided Fibreglass construction the silicone Varnish coating is extremely tough & flexible, withstands rough assembly handling and mechanical stress without the loss of insulating capability. Resistant to inorganic acids alkalis and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

PU Coated Fiberglass Sleeves
Enhanced abrasion resistance and mechanical strength.
Description
Sleevings are manufactured by coating braided heat treated Fibreglass sleevings with thermosetting polyurethane Varnish qualified for class 'F' (155 °C) operation. It is resistant to acids and most organic solvents and compatible with a broad range of wire enamels, polyester, polyamide, polyimide and polyvinyl formal. By virtue of cross linking, the polyurethane film will not flow upto application of heat. It is available in colours as well as the natural appearance of cured resin.

Description
Acrylic Sleeves are produced by curing a modified acrylic resin on continuous fiberglass braid, It is resistant to most acids, organic solvents, oils and water and exhibit fair resistance to alkalis. They are compatible with modified polyester, acrylic, epoxy, phenolic and wire enamels and are designed to perform for long periods in a 155 °C range without loss of any electrical or physical properties.
