APA Insulation Paper is a Class F (155 °C) flexible laminated insulation material designed for high-performance electrical applications. It is a three-layer composite laminate, manufactured by bonding polyester film (PET) with hot-rolling aramid paper on both sides using F-class adhesive. This structure provides an excellent balance of thermal endurance, dielectric strength, and mechanical stability.

The laminate consists of a PET polyester film core, which offers superior electrical insulation, while the outer aramid paper layers deliver high heat resistance, stiffness, and mechanical strength. APA insulation paper is available in two standard constructions based on aramid paper thickness: 0.04 mm (yellow line) and 0.05 mm (orange line), allowing flexibility in design and application requirements.

APA insulation paper meets the performance requirements of NMN insulation paper (GB/T5591.3-2008) and offers very similar electrical and mechanical properties, while being more cost-effective. Due to its excellent compatibility with insulation varnishes, good cutting performance, and strong overload resistance, AMA is widely used as slot insulation, inter-turn insulation, and liner insulation in Class F motors and electrical appliances.

This material is UL approved (E310670) and compliant with RoHS and REACH, making it a reliable and globally accepted insulation solution. AMA Laminated Insulation Paper is an ideal substitute for NMN insulation paper, offering consistent performance, durability, and cost efficiency.
