PTFE Sheet | High-Performance Chemical & Electrical Insulation Material
PTFE Sheets (Polytetrafluoroethylene) are manufactured by suspension polymerization of PTFE resin followed by molding or skiving processes. PTFE is known for having the best chemical resistance among all plastics, outstanding aging resistance, and the lowest coefficient of friction among solid materials.
PTFE sheets can operate continuously in a wide temperature range from –180 °C to +260 °C (without load). They are chemically inert, non-stick, non-absorbing, and provide excellent electrical insulation, making them ideal for chemical, electrical, mechanical, and high-purity applications.
PTFE sheets are available as molded sheets, skived sheets, tapes, and ultra-thin films, allowing flexibility for different industrial requirements.
