The polyimide film core delivers outstanding heat resistance, dimensional stability, and electrical insulation, while the aramid paper layers add mechanical strength, tear resistance, and long-term aging stability. Together, these layers ensure reliable insulation performance under extreme thermal and electrical conditions.

AHA laminated insulation is widely used in high-temperature motors, generators, transformers, traction motors, EV systems, and aerospace electrical equipment. It is ideal for slot insulation, phase insulation, interlayer insulation, and insulation barriers where Class H and higher thermal performance is required.
