DMD-FPF Laminated Insulation Paper (Fleece + Polyester + Fleece)

DMD-FPF Laminated Insulation Paper is a flexible, three-layer electrical insulation material designed for economical and reliable insulation in low- and medium-temperature electrical equipment. It is manufactured by bonding polyester film (PET) with non-woven polyester fleece on both sides, using either F-class or B-class adhesive, resulting in a strong yet flexible composite structure.

The polyester film core provides excellent dielectric strength, while the outer non-woven polyester fleece layers enhance mechanical strength, flexibility, and varnish absorption. This construction allows DMD-FPF to be easily impregnated with insulating varnishes, improving insulation life and performance. The material offers a smooth surface finish, good cutting performance, and stable electrical properties.

DMD-FPF insulation paper is widely used in motors, generators, transformers, and electrical appliances, particularly for slot liners, phase insulation, liner insulation, and turn-to-turn insulation. Its cost-effective nature and versatile performance make it a preferred choice for low and medium voltage electrical machines.
