Phenolic Cotton Fabric Sheets are high-strength electrical and mechanical insulation laminates manufactured by impregnating cotton fabric with phenolic resin and curing it under high temperature and pressure. This process creates a rigid, wear-resistant, and electrically insulating thermoset material with excellent structural stability.

Compared to paper-based phenolic sheets, cotton fabric laminates provide much higher impact strength, better machinability, and superior wear resistance, making them ideal for load-bearing and moving parts in electrical and mechanical systems. These sheets also perform well in humid environments and transformer oil, maintaining stable electrical and mechanical properties.

Phenolic cotton fabric sheets are widely used in motors, electrical equipment, industrial machinery, and automation systems, especially where insulation, friction resistance, and mechanical durability are required.
