Muscovite Mica Sheet | High-Temperature Electrical Insulation Sheet

Muscovite Mica Sheets are premium rigid electrical insulation materials made from high-purity muscovite mica paper bonded with a small percentage of silicone resin and cured under high temperature and pressure. With mica content above 90%, these sheets provide outstanding electrical insulation, thermal stability, and flame resistance in extreme heat environments.

Muscovite mica sheets are specially designed for applications where high temperature meets electrical current. They retain excellent dielectric strength even at elevated temperatures and exhibit low smoke generation, high mechanical strength, and resistance to thermal cycling. These properties make them ideal for both industrial heating equipment and household electrical appliances.

Rigid mica sheets are commonly used during furnace construction, heating element insulation, and in appliances such as microwave ovens, hair dryers, toasters, irons, heaters, and band heaters, where long-term heat resistance and safety are critical.
