Silicone Bonded Mica Sheet

Silicone Bonded Mica Sheet | High-Temperature Electrical Insulation Board

Silicone Bonded Mica Sheets are high-performance rigid insulation materials manufactured by bonding natural mica paper (muscovite or phlogopite) with high-grade silicone resin and curing it under heat and pressure. This structure provides excellent thermal resistance, dielectric strength, flame retardancy, and mechanical stability, even under extreme operating conditions.

Silicone Bonded Mica Sheet | High-Temperature Electrical Insulation Board

Silicone Bonded Mica Sheets are high-performance rigid insulation materials manufactured by bonding natural mica paper (muscovite or phlogopite) with high-grade silicone resin and curing it under heat and pressure. This structure provides excellent thermal resistance, dielectric strength, flame retardancy, and mechanical stability, even under extreme operating conditions.

Silicone bonded mica sheets are specifically designed for applications where high temperature, electrical stress, arc exposure, and safety requirements are critical. The silicone resin binder enhances flexibility, toughness, and resistance to thermal shock, while the mica content ensures outstanding insulation performance with low smoke and no toxic gas emission.

These sheets maintain stable electrical properties in dry, humid, and oil-exposed environments, making them ideal for electrical equipment, heating systems, and high-temperature industrial applications.
